We are an association of neohumanist education that was born out of a desire to adress the need for a for a more holistic approach to education, in which children can express themselves and live together in an interconnected way with their surroundings and with others. Our childhood support services are based on the methodologies of neohumanist education and forest school. These philosophies complement each other and aim to the holistic development of the potentialities of each child.
Neohumanist Education (NHE) is based on extending the inherent love of human beings to all people, animals, plant life and the inanimate world. This outlook is ideally suited to the needs and changing vision of today’s society with its shift from a mechanistic worldview to one based on holistic and collective harmony.
Holistic development
NHE aims to develop the child's full inherent potential, including the: physical, emotional, intellectual, creative, intuitive and spiritual capacities.
Expansion of the heart
Each of us has a circle of love within which we place our loved ones. NHE endeavours to help expand that circle to include everyone and everything.
Fair and sustainable world
At the centre of NHE is the practice of fundamental ethical principles. Learning to help others creates an altruistic community where no one is left behind. An awakened conscience leads to a desire for social and environmental justice.
Forest School
The methodology Forest School, presupposes that activities with children take place outdoors, in nature. This methodology aims to develop emotional intelligence (Soft Skills) and ethics in the integral development of the child, through regular contact with nature, particularly in the forest.
The model Forest School is developed by specialised professionals, trained in Forest Schoolleader, as a way of guaranteeing the safety and pedagogical quality that the model advocates.
Real education leads to a pervasive sense of love and compassion for all creation.
